As a Camp Beaumont Deputy Camp Manager, you will support the Camp Manager in running a multi-activity day camp for 3 to 14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Providing essential support to the Camp Manager
  • Ensuring staff members are fully equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for children
  • Working with the management team to contribute to the overall success of our camps

Effective communication and teamwork are crucial in this position, as you will frequently interact with parents and collaborate with other departments.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Over 18 years old
  • Availability to work during school holidays
  • A UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work IDs
  • Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Passion for working with children
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • A high level of safeguarding awareness
  • Paediatric first aid is desirable
  • A level 3 childcare qualification / PGCE is desirable
