Camp Beaumont is a leading provider of award-winning day camp programs for children. Our team delivers exceptional experiences, and we are seeking a skilled Activity Leader to join us.



Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.65 - £12.82 per hour, with opportunities for progression and professional growth. Our comprehensive training program sets you up for success in your role, and our generous referral scheme rewards you for sharing the experience with friends and family.



About the Role


As an Activity Leader, you will lead and deliver engaging sports and craft activities for children aged 3-14. You will work independently, taking initiative and ensuring the well-being of the children under your care. With a keen eye for detail, you will also assist with various activities and monitor the overall camp experience.



Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must possess:



  • 17 years or older
  • Availability to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizenship and right to work ID's
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • A passion for working with children
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (training will be provided)


Desirable Qualifications


Prior camp experience, qualifications in childcare, paediatric first aid, or relevant coaching/ facilitation skills would be beneficial but not essential.
