We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Millstream Lodge. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Ensure all care practices meet current legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Induct, supervise, train, and appraise care staff
  • Work with senior staff to promote safe practices and positive handling
  • Ensure all medical needs of children are catered for and routine appointments are maintained
About You

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a children's home setting, is passionate about supporting young people, and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
