Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Technician to join our Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support, installing and maintaining software applications, and collaborating with IT teams to optimize software performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Technical Support: Provide excellent technical support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain SQL and software applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Documentation: Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures and troubleshooting guides, and provide remote training to enhance clients' understanding of our solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain strong communication skills to ensure excellent client satisfaction, collaborate with IT teams to optimize software performance and integration, and educate clients on software best practices and updates.
