We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Administrator to join our Portman Dental Care group team. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract the best candidates for this exciting opportunity. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to our dental team, ensuring that all patients receive a high-quality service.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
  • To respond to patient inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certification in Dental Nursing.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and empathy towards patients and colleagues.
