Job Title: Staff Field Applications Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Field Applications Engineer to join our team at Analog Devices, Inc. in Ireland.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our automotive customers in EMEA, working closely with our internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support to automotive customers, identifying and resolving complex technical issues related to Analog Devices' products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer requirements, including hardware and software design.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and guidance, as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the automotive industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • BSc/BEng/MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with a strong background in semiconductor and/or automotive industries.
  • Excellent knowledge of analog and digital electronic design, as well as software design and its application with electronic embedded systems.
  • Good understanding of power architectures and power electronic design experience.
  • Available for travel 50% of working time.
  • Driving license required.
  • Fluent in English (minimum).
