Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS and private medical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Procurement Teams, Infection-Control Departments, Theatre Managers, and Head of Departments within NHS and private medical ward environments.
  • Provide product training, marketing, and support to customers to ensure their success with our products.
  • Attend trade exhibitions and manage relationships with key distributors to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the NHS and private medical sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide training and support to customers.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK, with a valid driver's license and access to a car.
