About the Position

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Contact Administrator to work within our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in working in a sales environment or customer services and have knowledge of IT products and services.

Key Duties

  • Offer day-to-day commercial contact for customers
  • Determine customer requirements and create quotes
  • Process orders and arrange for equipment delivery
  • Address minor issues by escalating them to the Customer Service team
  • Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce
  • Aid field sales in scheduling client meetings
  • Pursue other administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • Background in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with IT products and services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Comprehension of sales margin calculation
  • Able to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Estimated Salary
