Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Position
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Contact Administrator to work within our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in working in a sales environment or customer services and have knowledge of IT products and services.
Key Duties
- Offer day-to-day commercial contact for customers
- Determine customer requirements and create quotes
- Process orders and arrange for equipment delivery
- Address minor issues by escalating them to the Customer Service team
- Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce
- Aid field sales in scheduling client meetings
- Pursue other administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- Background in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with IT products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Comprehension of sales margin calculation
- Able to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues
