International Sales Coordinator

We are Orion Electrotech Ltd, a multinational engineering and manufacturing company. We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment and develop your skills in sales administration.
About the Role:
- Manage daily interactions with sales managers, service engineers, and customers via phone and email
- Identify and respond to customer requests, preparing accurate quotations following discount policies
- Handle purchase orders in ERP system, coordinate with dispatch/warehouse, and prepare shipping documentation
Requirements:
- Technical Sales Administration background, preferably in engineering products
- UK, Ireland and European shipping knowledge
- Proven customer service expertise
- ERP systems proficiency (Navision/SAP preferred)
- Ministry of Defence product experience beneficial
Benefits:
- Permanent full-time contract
- 5-day week, Mon – Thur 08:30-16:30, Fri 08:30 – 15:30 (36.5 hour working week)
- £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Annual Bonus (pro rata on year of joining)
