Job Overview

The HR Service Delivery Manager - EMEA will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives within our corporate team. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services to support the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.

Key Responsibilities

This exciting role involves:

  • Managing key HR administration processes, ensuring compliance throughout the organization;
  • Providing expert advice on HR systems and data management, with a focus on SuccessFactors;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on payroll cycles, HR policies, and employment legislation;
  • Serving as a liaison between the HR function and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, HR, or a related field;
  • Generalist HR experience, including compensation, payroll, performance management, talent management, resourcing, and employee relations;
  • Experience working in a corporate HR environment, preferably with a global hospitality company;
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, with an additional European language a plus;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
