Supporting Individuals in Crisis

In this role, you will be working as a Crisis Support Worker with the Bradford Council, delivering one-to-one crisis support to clients face-to-face or over the telephone.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support services, including managing referrals, booking appointments, conducting follow-up calls after crisis sessions, making onward referrals, and signposting where necessary.

Additionally, you will participate in shift handovers and team meetings, offer outreach sessions within the community, liaise with professionals and organizations across the district, and ensure that client notes and information are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Salary: £25,235 per annum (pro rata for part-time posts)

  • Deliver one-to-one support sessions to people in mental health crisis
