Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM/Revit Engineer to join our rapidly growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality MEP designs and models, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges, and mitigations.
  • Support the long-term development of your function or Business Unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.
  • Commit to making a positive impact for our people, our clients, and our planet, and take ownership for holding others to account who do not uphold the Mace values.
  • Manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
  • Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilizing the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre, and knowledge hub.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a CAD technician, preferably in the building services or construction industry.
  • Highly proficient in Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing and revising technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and Revit models.
