We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Team Leader to join our growing Corporate Incident Function at Diligenta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving all Corporate Incidents for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex and specialized corporate incidents, investigating the cause and planning actions to rectify the issue.
- Provide technical specialist support to the wider Incident Team.
- Own the project management of individual Corporate Incidents, ensuring agreed actions and timescales are met.
- Lead CI Team training, mentoring, and auditing.
- Support CI related changes, from raising initial change requests to review and feedback on Business Requirement Documents.
- Strong knowledge of Life and/or Pensions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient skills in MS Office Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to train and mentor.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
