Residential Home Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Home Manager at Choice Care Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our residential home, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care services to our residents in accordance with CQC standards and Company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the provision of high-quality care services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 qualification in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in a senior care management position
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary of £30,225 per annum
