Job Opportunity: Home Administrator at Choice Care Group

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Administrator to join our team at Choice Care Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential care homes, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage the administrative tasks of the care home, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Admin experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
