Care Leadership Specialist
">At Choice Care Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Care Leadership Specialist to join our team as a Deputy Site Manager. As a key member of the site management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our residential care home, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,225 per annum. You will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in Adult Social Care, leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners.
