Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Adult Community division, specifically the Spalding and Boston Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT). The ideal candidate will be passionate about general adult psychiatry and committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality services.
The role involves medical reviews of patients, attending management and academic meetings, and providing advice to GPs and liaison teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports and attending mental health tribunals, as well as participating in on-call rota and providing medical cover to community consultant colleagues.
The Trust offers a generous relocation package, £2,000 PA study budget, and additional recruitment and retention PA. The successful candidate will also have access to a lease car scheme, cycle to work scheme, and free on-site car parking.
Person Specification- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- DBS clearance.
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management.
- Widespread and detailed experience of assessment and management of general adult patients.
