Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Mental Health

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Adult Community division, specifically the Spalding and Boston Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT). The successful candidate will be passionate about the development of general adult psychiatry and committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess new referrals and attend formulation meetings.
- Conduct medical reviews of patients in multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Perform home visits as required.
- Attend multidisciplinary case review meetings and weekly team meetings.
- Provide clinical advice to GP's, liaison teams, and hospitals.
- Prepare reports for mental health tribunals and Section 37/41 assessments.
- Supervise nurse prescribers and participate in on-call rotas.
