Care Worker

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team, providing care to clients in the local area.
You will support end of life young people and adults, delivering all aspects of care and serving as a vital lifeline for service users and their families.
Our comprehensive training and induction programme will equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.
We're looking for individuals with excellent people skills, great communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team and independently.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
- You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
- The Right to Work in the UK
