We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our mental health services.
About the Role- Provide medical leadership and expertise to the Adult Community Mental Health Team.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective service delivery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of mental health policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance our mental health services.

- DBS clearance.
