About the Role

The Health and Safety Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that Solus Accident Repair Centres maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This position will be responsible for providing support to the Health and Safety Lead and advising sites and head office teams on all matters related to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Lead to develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
