As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a positive Health and Safety Strategy throughout the site operational teams.
About the Role:
- Operate a full hybrid policy involving site visits and working from home to aid a positive work-life balance.
- Offer appropriate advice and support to the site teams within Health and Safety matters.
- Create and implement practical and effective methods to promote awareness to Health and Safety requirements.
- Work closely with the safety and operational teams regarding implementing a positive safety strategy.
- Create positive relationships with the sites to help improve the Health and Safety Culture across the business.
- Work closely with underperforming sites and form strategies to help them improve and improve upon safety standards.
- Be a key member of the team to help feed into and develop a positive safety strategy.
