Senior Programme Manager for Vehicle Certification

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our near Leamington Spa location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the team in programme/project management.
- Champion departmental risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand Homologation critical paths, managing the delivery of work using agility and appropriate mitigations.
- Lead the development of timing and dependencies across programme and product lifecycle planning, provide credible timing plans supporting the main programme objectives.
- Train, coach and mentor junior members of the team inline with the development targets set, in agreement with the Head of Homologation.
Requirements:
- Experience in vehicle certification, legislation, design or testing.
- Experience in an appropriate technical position within the motor vehicle industry.
- Diligent and detail focused.
- Strong communicator and empathetic.
- Agile and energized working in a start-up environment.
