About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant with Specialism in Challenging Behaviours, you will play a vital role in supporting students who face significant barriers to learning due to behavioural challenges. Working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, you will provide one-on-one and small group support, helping students engage with the curriculum and build positive coping mechanisms. Your expertise in managing challenging behaviour will be essential in helping children navigate emotional difficulties and achieve their full potential.
