Autism Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant, multicultural primary school in Brent. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide tailored support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Implement individualised learning plans to address students' specific needs and help them develop academically, emotionally, and socially.
- Encourage independence and help students build self-confidence in their abilities.
**Requirements**
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferably within a primary school setting.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children with SEN.
- Passion for helping children with special needs thrive in an educational setting.
