Fintelligent Search is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with introducers to structure complex cases within credit policy, seeking and growing new business sources from various channels, and recording contacts and meeting details on our CRM system.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager role comes with a comprehensive package, including opportunities for professional development and training. You will have the freedom to work outside the office, meeting with brokers in the Midlands and North region, and be part of a team known for service excellence.
About Our Client
Our client is a leader in short-term property lending, founded by a team of experienced industry professionals. They provide bespoke bridging, refurbishment, and development exit property finance solutions for residential, semi-commercial, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with introducers to structure complex cases within credit policy.
- Seek and grow new business sources from various channels.
- Record contacts and meeting details on the CRM system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background in Bridging & Property BDM, or other financial services BDM experience such as Buy to Lets, Development, and Commercial. If you have experience or interest in roles such as Property Finance Manager, Bridging Loan Specialist, Mortgage Development Manager, Financial Services BDM, or Lending Consultant, this Business Development Manager position could be a perfect fit for you.
