Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Perenco. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with all relevant statutory provisions, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and undertake internal auditing and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  2. Support the Assurance Manager in the development and delivery of the PUK-SNS Assurance Programme.
  3. Engage with site management to provide audit and self-verification findings to identify non-compliance and risk.
  4. Review leading and lagging metrics and insights to ensure the assurance programme is relevant and fit for purpose.
  5. Undertake assurance activities across all sites to establish adherence to company requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is essential.
  • 5+ years experience within a high hazard industry.
  • Understanding of offshore legislation is desirable.
  • QMS ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification is desirable.
