Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery team in achieving legislative compliance and promoting continuous improvement in health and safety performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialist coaching, advice, and training to drive motivation and encourage managers, staff, and contractors to achieve world-class health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Ensuring managers assume full responsibility for discharging their responsibilities associated with normal activities.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for advice and expertise on health and safety matters to project teams, ensuring the effectiveness of Construction Phase Plans during the lifecycle of the project.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in auditing and root cause analysis techniques.
  • A good understanding of CDM Regulations, specifically in relation to Client, Principal Designer & Principal Contractor roles.
  • NEBOSH Certificate and considerable relevant construction SHE & Gas industry experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of Environmental management requirements.
  • Current full UK driving license.
  • EUSR Cross Country Pipelines / SHEA Gas.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
