Culinary Innovations Specialist

Main Responsibilities:- Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Assist in upgrading quality, cost, and presentation of existing projects.
- Lead Trials and Production Staff: Collaborate with teams to ensure successful trial runs and production processes.
- Involve in Packaging Trials: Conduct thorough analyses to optimize packaging solutions.
- Support Factory Operations: Provide assistance with giveaways, downgrades, and waste management.
- Work on Projects between UK Sites: Develop and implement projects that drive business growth across UK sites.
- Work with Suppliers: Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and negotiate commercial deals.
- Assist and Lead Special Projects: Provide strategic support and lead special projects that drive business growth.
- Negotiate and Deliver Commercial Deals: Collaborate with suppliers to secure commercial deals.
- Set Clear Direction and Goals: Lead teams to achieve clear direction and goals.
- Coach and Champion Career Progression: Provide guidance and support for career development.
- Educate and Adapt Communication: Foster a culture of diversity and adapt communication styles.
- Technical Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Factory Processes and Products: Good knowledge of factory processes and products is essential.
