Join Our Team as a Process Development Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Development Technologist to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us to drive innovation and improvement across our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Renovation and Innovation: Assist in the renovation process of existing projects, introducing upgrades in quality, cost of production, and presentation where appropriate.
  • Customer Focus: Support the delivery of launches from product handover through to launch, meeting all deadlines both internally and externally.
  • Innovation: Work with relevant machinery, packaging, and ingredient suppliers to ensure that 2 Sisters Food Group is always up to date with the latest innovation.

  • Fitting in with the ways of working adopted by the team and working and communicating as a team.

  • Experience of working with products from the food industry preferred.
