Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Night Support Worker to join our team at Mencap. As a Relief Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, checking on the well-being of our service users, and assisting with household tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
This is a relief post, which means you will work on an as-needed basis, with typical shifts lasting 10 hours (9:30 pm to 7:30 am). As a relief worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your hours and work at times that suit you. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of people with learning disabilities. This role can be challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. In addition to this, you will have access to our award-winning training and development programs, which will help you grow and develop in your career.
