The Role: Male Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Male Support Workers to join our team in Sutton in Ashfield. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and Autism, providing personalized support and fostering their independence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement, building positive relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources and engaging in meaningful activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.
