Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nighttime Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Mencap, focusing on assisting adults with learning disabilities. This role is essential in providing care and support during the night hours, ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nighttime Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene and care
- Monitoring the general health and safety of individuals
- Performing laundry and light cleaning duties throughout the night

This is a relief position, meaning the successful candidate will work on an as-needed basis. Typical shifts span 10 hours, from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM. The flexibility of this role allows you to choose your working hours based on availability and the shifts offered.

We are in search of individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those with learning disabilities. While this role presents challenges, it is also incredibly fulfilling. You will receive ongoing, award-winning training to support your professional growth.

Requirements
