Permanent SENCo Position in Quidenham Based School

Job Summary
Teaching Personnel is seeking a skilled and dedicated SENCo to join their team at an independent SEMH school in Quidenham. As a SENCo, you will be responsible for managing the special educational needs of students, developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and working closely with parents and carers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small independent special school and make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess and record the progress of students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure that students receive the support they need.
Requirements
- Candidates must have relevant qualifications and training for this role.
- Experience working with SEMH pupils is essential.
