Peripatetic SEN Teaching Assistant with SEND Specialism

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Peripatetic SEN TA with SEND Specialism to join our Inclusion Team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support to children with Special Educational Needs in our Inclusion Hubs.
As a Peripatetic SEN TA, you will work closely with our Inclusion Team to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children with SEND.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of children, from Early Years to Key Stage 2, and develop your skills and expertise in SEND.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist support to children with SEND in our Inclusion Hubs
- Work closely with the Inclusion Team to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children with SEND
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and support
- Contribute to the development of the Inclusion Team and the wider Trust
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High expectations of achievement, attainment, and behaviour
- Excellent Peripatetic SEN TA skills with SEND Specialism
- Ability to lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
- Commitment to supporting and developing the learning of pupils with SEND
- Ability to work in partnership with all stakeholders, including parents and external agencies
