Join Our Team As A Customer Care Supporter

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Supporter to join our team, working part-time (20 hours per week) to assist with the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff in setting up rooms or moving furniture as required
  • Perform various reception duties, including booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and concerns
  • Run errands to support the efficient operation of our facilities
  • Place and remove signage to ensure customer safety in wet floor or paint areas
Our Requirements
  • Be able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Develop strong relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience delivering high-quality customer care
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
What We Offer

£12,000 - £15,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
