Financial Administrator Opportunity

Financial Divisions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in the Sutton office. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers with end-to-end administration, ensuring the smooth flow of our support function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Letters of Variation (LOVs)
  • Creating meeting packs and updating the internal CRM
  • Answering client queries and communicating with providers and stakeholders
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the Advisers
  • Opportunity to do paraplanning work and pursue industry exams with support from our Directors

Requirements:

  • At least 6-12 months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
