Job Description

**Financial Administrator - Support Role**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in the Sutton office with end-to-end administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Letters of Variation (LOVs)
  • Creating meeting packs and updating the internal CRM
  • Answering client queries and communicating with providers and other stakeholders
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the support function
  • Opportunity to do some paraplanning work and support with industry exams

Requirements:

  • At least [insert number] months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other administrative software
