Volunteer Development Manager

As a Volunteer Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategic development, coordination, guidance, training, and implementation of our Peer and Volunteer Mentoring Programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and facilitating specific training to volunteers and peer mentors to meet the needs and required standard.
- Supporting development opportunities for volunteer and peer mentors ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to fulfill their role.
- Providing supervision; challenge and contributing to risk management ensuring volunteers and peer mentors are fully aware of, and understand, the risks inherent in working with the complex needs of others.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
