Key Responsibilities
- Handle up to 200 inbound emails daily, responding to customer queries and processing orders.
- Process around 80 orders daily, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Utilize SAP systems to manage orders and customer data.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
