Pressure Tech is a family business with a global reach as a leading manufacturer of pressure regulators for UK and global markets. To support our continued expansion we are now looking to recruit an administrator to assist our marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Updating and maintain sales and marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets and website content.
- Managing and re-ordering stocks of promotional materials and stationery.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager to organise exhibitions and events.
- Following up quotes with customers globally.
- Collating and analysing sales and marketing data and producing management reports.
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate person.

It also provides the chance to learn about sales and marketing with potential for career development as the company grows. We are looking for applicants who have a flexible approach and bring a positive mental attitude to their work. The successful applicant must be a team player who can equally work on their own initiative, and meet the following criteria:

- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is thorough and methodical
- Is able to organise and prioritise work effectively
- Collaborates well in a team
- Is computer literature and proficient in Word and Excel
- Can communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Ideally has some experience or understanding of marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
