Detailed Job Description

Sterling Cross Careers invites applications for a Senior Occupational Therapist position, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients affected by HIV, neurological issues, or homelessness. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute significantly to providing tailored therapy services, promoting patient independence, and facilitating community reintegration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a clinical setting, particularly in HIV, neurological, and/or rehabilitation services. A strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-focused therapies is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert occupational therapy services to patients with complex needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, taking into account patient goals and preferences.
  3. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
