Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Neonatal Intensive Unit Nurse, you will be part of a small but vital 3-cot unit, providing specialized care to infants from 32/40 weeks gestation.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in stabilizing and transferring critically ill newborns. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in neonatal nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also possess a current nursing license and registration with the relevant authority.
