At Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Neonatal Nurse to join our team at the major Health facility on Guernsey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing infants from 32/40 weeks in our small but vital three-cot Unit, adjacent to the nine-bedded general Paediatric Ward.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of £43,000 - £57,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and skilled nurse to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and care for high-risk infants in our Neonatal Unit.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practice.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Neonatal Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Significant post-registration experience in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
