As a Senior Intensive Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a deputy to the sister/charge nurse.
Covering a range of specialities including Cardiac, Liver, Neuro & Spinal.
Providing high-quality care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.
Supporting and mentoring junior staff.
Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.Package and Benefits:

Registered General Nurse with an NMC pin.
Significant post-registration experience in ITU.
Completed Critical Care Course, ideally 60 Credits.
