We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our small but friendly team at Treatment 4 Water Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Operations Manager and Business Account Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders from placement to dispatch
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
- Monthly stock take of warehouse inventory
- Liaising with customers on order queries
- General administration duties
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on customer service, is quick thinking, and has experience within an administrative position.
Strong Excel skills and experience of working on CRM/Sales systems are also essential.
This is a part-time role, working 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a start time no later than 9am.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata depending on experience.
25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata).
