Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Membership & Events Coordinator to join our Sales team at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and events management, with a strong understanding of the golf industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Events: Acquire sales as a result of dealing with both incoming prospects and prospects generated from networking and lead generation. Maximise revenue potential by fully identifying needs and upselling effectively.
- Marketing and Promotion: Maintain the Club's online presence via social media and other associated sites. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Club's events and services.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and stakeholders. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Event Planning and Execution: Work with the Sales Manager and Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the effective delivery of sold events. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Reporting and Administration: Provide regular sales and event reports to the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records and administration tasks related to sales and events.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and events management, preferably in the golf industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
