Oncology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As an Oncology Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, administering chemotherapy, and supporting patients with their treatment plans.
About the Role:- Provide expert care to patients in their homes, including administering chemotherapy and other treatments.
- Work closely with patients and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, including chemotherapy, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on cancer treatment and management.
- Valid NMC PIN and current registration with the NMC.
- Formal Oncology qualification and experience in administering SACT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively between patients.
- Competitive salary up to £50,700.
- Fully expensed SUV company car and fuel card.
- 28 days annual leave + BH.
- Mon-Fri + 1/4 weekend rota.
