Development Manager Position

We are seeking an ambitious and organized Development Manager to join our team in England, Wales, or Scotland. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents, ensuring their safety and security.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with contractors to manage maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to promote properties and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders, promoting a sense of community and cooperation.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn new systems.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records and adhering to health & safety protocols.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
