About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at our prestigious Claridge House development in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide individualised care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest. You will be responsible for delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised care and support to residents, including assisting with personal care, medication administration, and mobility support
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans
  • Support and encourage residents to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing
  • Help residents to book appointments, arrange transport, and escort them on visits when necessary
  • Assist with shopping and other daily tasks as required

About You

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people. You will have:

  • Experience of working in a care or support environment
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
